KipAnimations Commissions
Welcome to my commission site! Be sure to read all of my terms of service. If you have any questions or are interested in something that isn't listed, don't be afraid to contact me and ask! All of my prices are in USD, and I only use Paypal and Cashapp. If you use any other currency, such as CAD, Euro's, GBP, anything of the sort, let me know so I can help with conversions if needed!
Commission Form
Filling out a commission form is required in order for your commission to be accepted. I appreciate as much detail as possible, to ensure I handle your character with care and create what you're imagining! Failure to fill out a form will result in your request being ignored until one is filled out.
Terms of Service
By commissioning or buying designs from me, you automatically agree that you have read and understood my terms of service.
General TOS
I withhold the right to refuse any commission I feel I cannot do, or I do not feel comfortable in doing.
I do NOT support my work being used for NFT's or AI art. If I see you're affiliated with either of those in any way, I'll deny you the ability to ever get art from me. No exceptions.
Rudely rushing me will not be tolerated. I don't mind if you check in every so often to see how it's coming along, but don't start acting rude to me. If you do, I will no longer accept commission requests from you.
Once the sketch of a commission has been finished, I will send it to you for approval. Once you have approved it, I'll finish it. I can make small changes for free, but any major changes (ex. head/expression change) or requesting to completely redo the sketch will require an extra fee.
I require full payment before I start, no exceptions.
Do not send payment if I haven't accepted your request. Only send payment once I give you the go-ahead.
I will not accept traditional character references. I will only use unshaded digital references, as to avoid any possible mistakes of character markings or colors.
You are allowed to upload the finished art to your page/use it as an icon or profile picture, but ONLY if credit is given. If I see you haven't given credit anywhere, you'll no longer be able to commission me.
If you wish to use my art for commercial purposes, let me know beforehand so we can discuss the fee that goes along with that.
Commissions are worked on in my own time, in being so it ranges how fast or slow they'll be finished. If you need something finished by a certain date, let me know. Depending on how soon you need it, I may require a rush fee.
If you do not wish for your commission to be uploaded publicly, let me know beforehand so I can send it to you privately. In that case there is also a 10$ fee for that due to the potential loss of eyes on my work.
If there are mistakes you would like fixed after your commission is finished, let me know within a week. After a week has passed, I will not be able to as the working file will have been deleted.
Design TOS
Do not sell the design for more than you originally paid for, unless it comes with extra artwork. If you do not want it, check with me first as I may want to keep it for myself.
Refer whoever is buying the design to my design TOS.
Provide links back to me whenever you publicly post the design. If I see you've failed to do this, I will ask you to add it. If you refuse or simply don't respond, you will no longer be able to receive designs or commissions from me.
Do not change the design so much that it hardly resembles the original.
Do not heavily reference my designs, nor claim them as your own. If I've seen you've done this, you will be blocked and unable to receive any designs from me.
You will not get a refund after you've already paid and decided you no longer want the design.
Refund Policy
I will not give refunds on commissions that are past the lineart phase, or very nearly completed/already completed ones. If only the basic sketch is completed, I will issue a refund of half of what was originally paid. I will only give a full refund if I have not yet started on the commission at all.

Prices and Examples
Prices are subject to change depending on:-The complexity of the character (horns, wings, complex markings, etc.)
-The overall complexity of the commission
-Background difficultySpeedpaints will cost an additional 10-20$ depending on length and editing needed.If you want a commission to be private, meaning I don't post it anywhere on my socials, it'll be an extra 15$ fee.Backgrounds such as flat colored shapes are free. Abstract/more stylized simple backgrounds have a small fee.
